What data we collect

When you write to us: your email address, your name and anything else your message contains, such as your role and institution, together with any attachments and the date and time it was sent.

When you visit the site: the hosting provider records the technical data of each request (your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser's identification), to operate the site and protect it against abuse.

We do not ask for or want patient data. If you send us patient data by mistake, we delete it and tell you.

Why we use the data, and on what legal basis

To operate this site and protect it against abuse (the hosting provider's technical request logs). Legitimate interest in operating the site and protecting it (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

What we don't do

  • We don't use cookies or similar technologies.
  • We don't use analytics or visitor-tracking tools.
  • We don't load fonts, scripts or content from other websites.
  • We don't add you to mailing lists.
  • We don't sell your data or give it to anyone for their own use.
  • We don't make automated decisions about you.

Who receives the data

We use two service providers, as processors acting only on our instructions and only for the purposes above: the provider of our email service, which receives, stores and delivers the messages you send us, and the provider that hosts this website, which keeps the technical request logs. We do not pass your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EEA

Our email and hosting providers may process this data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on a safeguard provided for in the GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Write to support@antevion.com to find out which safeguard applies.

How long we keep the data

Your emails and our replies: for 12 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to a contract, in which case that contract's periods apply. Technical request logs: for the period the hosting provider keeps them to operate and protect the site; we do not keep copies.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
